Exchange/Refund Policy

Bowtoes does not offer Returns or Refunds on any purchase, however size can be Exchanged.
Bowtoes offers a very simple and easy 7 days exchange policy to you. You can conveniently exchange the size in any item you have purchased, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please email us at orders@bowtoes.in requesting for size change mentioning which size is required.
Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. The costs for the return will be borne by the customer. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box :
Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place and returned within 7 days.
Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense.
A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
No Returns/Refund/Exchange are applicable to any on going SALE or Offers running on the website.
